At The Cowgirl, we want you to love your Western-inspired finds, but if a fit isn't right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure your items are in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn items with original tags in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
